Ask the Weight Loss Coach
When I'm out and about, I get people who ask me questions about weight loss without dieting. I am sure if one person is asking, then there must be more who are interested in that answer as well.

One thing I would like people who are looking to lose weight to keep in mind..... A quick fix is not always a permanent fix. I work with my weight loss clients in a step by step manner that moves them in a comfortable way to get from where they are to where they want to go. That means no food deprivation and still get to enjoy foods they love.
